Carr happy to be in Carolina, swipes at Texans - Now with the Carolina Panthers, David Carr is smiling again -- even though he will be a backup for the first time.

Andre Davis Signs With Texans - The Houston Texans signed former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Andre Davis on Thursday. Terms of the deal were not yet disclosed. During his career, Davis has also played with the Patriots and the Bills. Last year, Davis caught two passes for 13 yards with Buffalo. During his career, Davis has 104 receptions for 1,615 yards and 14 touchdowns. Davis' career started off very well with the Browns, but has gone downhill ever since leaving them.

Dolphins' Porter is marked man - That is why the Dolphins' brass should intervene before Goodell has the opportunity and suspend Porter for a game or two for his attack on Levi Jones. Sure, it would hurt to be without Porter against the Washington Redskins and potentially the Dallas Cowboys.
