2005 Mountain West Conference Offensive Player of the Year...First player in school and MWC history to be named First Team All-conference four times...Won the MWC Freshman of the Year award in 2002...Ended his collegiate career with 4,973 rushing yards, which is the most in New Mexico and MWC history...His 51 career rushing touchdowns and 59 total touchdowns are the most in Lobo and conference history as well...One of just six players in Division I-A history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season four times...Missed all of spring practice in 2005 recovering from a torn ACL, but still led the MWC in rushing with 1,259 yards...He also posted 17 total touchdowns as a senior, in addition to ranking second on the team in receiving yards (371) and third in receptions (31)...Averaged 99.2 rushing ypg in '04 to rank second in the MWC and 24th nationally...As a sophomore, he broke the UNM single-season rushing record with 1,450 yards...He also set a new school record with 21 total touchdowns as a sophomore...Rushed for 1,134 yards and 13 scores as a freshman in '02...Well known for his tremendous work ethic...Has good vision and is quick...Solid receiver out of the backfield...Runs effectively between the tackles...Lacks some size...Does not possess break-away speed...Durability is a concern due to several knee injuries.
