Senior season saw McNeal complete 53.2 percent of his passes, for 1,963 yards with 16 TDs and nine interceptions...Also ranked second on the team in rushing, adding 664 yards and three more TDs...A raw talent, McNeal is an amazing athlete with tremendous speed, running a 4.35 in the 40-yard dash...Has a strong arm, but is erratic as a passer and has a tendency to stare down his receiver...Very mobile, can move outside the pocket and throwon the run...Is a running threat that keeps defenses honest...Has proven to be a poor decision-maker and is too cautious...If McNeal wants to make it at the next level, he will have to work hard and develop his overall skills as a passer...Could make a position change to utilize his athleticism in the NFL...Although he should get the opportunity to play quarterback, wide receiver seems a more likely pro position...Has a ton of upside and a lot of tools.
