SecondTeam All-Pac-10 Selection...One of the best running backs in this
draft...His 1,863 all-purpose yards in '05 was a UCLA single-season
record...Averaged 155.2 total ypg...A game-breaker with tremendous speed and
balance which makes him a scoring threat on every play...A strong runner for
a guy his size with impressive leg strength and vision that keeps him from
taking big hits...Runs low to the ground and is an excellent receiver out of
the backfield...Arguably the best return man in the college game, setting an
NCAA record by averaging 28.5 yards per punt return...Scored 20 touchdowns
this past season, including three punt returns of 72, 66 and 81 yards...A
versatile athlete who will have to prove he can take the pounding in the
NFL...Needs to improve his pass-blocking and show that he can carry the load
in order to be an every down back...At just 5-8 and 205 pounds, Drew will
most likely be used as a return specialist and third down back.
